Why we exist
Experience should not stay inside one organisation.
Thrive Hive was founded in 2020 around a simple idea: organisations should be able to learn from people who have already faced complex business and people challenges at senior level—and delivered results.
We created a platform where experienced corporate leaders and functional specialists could bring their knowledge, judgement and lessons into other organisations, helping clients solve real problems and build capability that lasts.
Our evolution
From focused development experiences to a holistic solutions partner.
Thrive Hive began by challenging conventional, one-size-fits-all training. We designed fresh, relevant experiences led by practitioners and connected learning to application.
As we worked more closely with clients, it became clear that the challenge rarely sat within training alone. Capability gaps were often connected to strategy, structure, leadership decisions, talent systems, culture and engagement. Our response evolved with that reality.
Today, we bring together consulting, assessment, development and experiential learning as connected parts of one people and organisational solution.

We are practitioners—not a faculty of trainers.
Training may be one part of an engagement, but it is never the definition of our work. Our team includes consultants, assessors, coaches, facilitators, business leaders and functional specialists with deep hands-on experience.

Dulendra founded Thrive Hive to create a platform where experienced practitioners could work together across disciplines and bring relevant, practical expertise to organisations.
His own background across sales, marketing, learning and business leadership shaped a central Thrive Hive belief: development must connect directly to organisational reality.
