With over 22 years of experience across sales, marketing, learning and development and business leadership, Dulendra brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and people-development expertise. His career began with GlaxoSmithKline and Nestlé Lanka before he moved into business development and leadership roles.

He later served as Chief Operating Officer at 361 Degrees. Today, he works with leadership teams across banking, apparel, manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare and telecommunications on leadership development, assessment centres, HR frameworks, talent diagnostics and large-scale experiential interventions.
