Sharman Wickramasinghe is an experienced Outward Bound and experiential-learning facilitator whose work in the field began in 1988. His international exposure includes Malaysia, Singapore and Japan, and he was among the first Sri Lankan instructors selected to study Outward Bound concepts in Malaysia through a Government scholarship.

His career spans training and development roles across public, private and non-profit settings. Through Thrive Hive, Sharman brings decades of practical experience to activity-based learning, team development and outdoor-based training experiences.
