Ruan Abhayaratne is a seasoned HR professional, consultant and trainer with over 22 years of experience across retail, media, hospitality, leisure, engineering and infrastructure.
He began his career at Singer Sri Lanka and held senior HR leadership roles at Swarna Mahal, Swarnavahini, Serendib Leisure and Hayleys Fentons. Since 2021, he has worked as an HR consultant, corporate trainer and visiting lecturer at SLIIT City University.
